While there are many high ranking enlisted and officer military leaders that provide us with great examples to follow in terms of leadership traits. Who is your favorite, and what traits do you try to incorporate into your leadership style?

Col (Join to see), I'm not sure I get very close to emulating him, but I was, and still am, a fan of GEN Colin Powell and his leadership traits.

Two of my favorites are "share credit" and "remain calm and be kind." That's my kind of leader. I'm reading that book ("It Worked For Me") now.
