Which date of rank is correct?

While on Army active duty I earned the date of rank for E-5 1 August 2012. I left active duty 2014. I joined the Army National Gaurd 27 May 2021 at E-5. On my ERB, my rank is 27 May 2021 for National Gaurd which is setting be back with time in rank. Which date of rank is correct?

They gave you a DOR for a date that hasn't come to pass yet? Yes, DORs get readjusted, but for a date in the future?

Your date of rank will reset to the day you sign the contract with the National Guard. Works the same going to Active, your date of Rank will reset to the date you go active. Your TIS remains the same.
