Which fight is more interesting: Trump vs GOP or Hillary vs Bernie?

In Dallas there's a statue of a Texas Ranger inscribed, "One Riot, One Ranger". It alludes to a tale of a Ranger arriving in a town as a riot was occurring. The town officials had sent for the Rangers to intervene, but were surprised that only one showed up. He responded, "One riot? One Ranger" (I love that story) It seems that America needs two Rangers this election season.

Which "riot" interests you more?

the more entertaining to me is Trump vs GOP. by sheer virtue of the outrageous attitude of the man himself. I have never seen a public figure so praised for in general being an ass to other people. sanders vs Clinton is just kind of sad because it shows how predestined our political fate is these days. despite a truly underwhelming show of support (personally I have yet to encounter a single Hillary supporter) a candidate can be ahead. this election seems to be proving that it is entirely possible to buy or promise your way to the white house.

SMORGASBORD!!! The battles are both hilarious to me. I am sitting here hoping it destroys both the RNC and DNC and then brings the downfall of the ruling class in DC. So to me CPT Jack Durish the longer the fights last, the better off America is going to be.

Hillary versus Bernie is more interesting because the liberals can be much more mean-spirited in their attacks CPT Jack Durish. They tend to be more reserved in terms of making up dirt on the opposition when it s one of their own. It is fascinating to see the darling of the left Hillary Rodham Clinton being successfully challenged by an older white man who is attracting the younger members of the progressive/liberal voters in much grater numbers. That is the traditional base if the democrats which has been somewhat pushed aside in recent years in favor of more trendy voting blocks.
[Updated edit beaded on SSG Michael Hartsfield's comment] When I mentioned "mean-spirited in their attacks ... making up dirt on the opposition" I am talking about the campaign messages; since, I have been receiving emails and phone calls for over 15 year from both sides at the national and state levels.

Bernie was not smart enough to drop out. I would have loved Trump to run as a Democrat. Then Hillary would have had competition.

I don't view them as 2 separate riots. I see them more as 2 fronts in the same war. You have a Republican and a Democrat candidate who are both sort of outside the establishment, and that resonates with a large number of American voters. I believe many Americans have become disillusioned with business as usual in American politics. These 2 outsider candidates represent politicians who are not propped up by the greedy corporate entities who are attempting to purchase our government for their own devices. These 2 have been as successful as they have because we as a nation are fed up. Hopefully we can get people to react the same way to their congressional representatives and send a strong message that corporate America is not their employer, but rather the people of America are.

Just fact that it's a person vs a person and a person vs their entire party is so funny to me :)

I wish more Americans realized there is another party to vote for so we can just wash our hands of this bipartisanship that is identical to each other.

I don't know what all the fuss about Trump is about. I think many establishment people are afraid of him. He's not a insider, and will go against the grain already established. That's the point of having a different view on world and domestic problems, not to do things the same way.

I'd say in a sense, Trump vs. Clinton. Sanders is not going to be the Dem nominee unless Clinton is actually indicted. Even then she will bleat to her idiot minions, "Comey is a Republican! It's just another Republican attack! Like Benghazi!" And her idiot minions will buy it.

But to me the Trump v. Clinton is between which is less vile. I know Clinton is vile and made a mockery of her responsibility to safeguard national defense material. I don't really know Trump is vile. He may not be too bad. I still wouldn't vote for him under any condition or Clinton either.

The big story in the US this election year is not the election. The big story is that 10,000,000 people (X2) would vote for grotesquely unqualified and vile candidates.

Both fights are equally interesting to me. The fights point to the major issues with the current political establishment. If either side were smart (so far they don't seem to be), they would look at what the American people are saying and actually address the issues. No matter whether you are liberal, conservative, or somewhere in the middle, almost everyone is dissatisfied with Washington right now. The Party that addresses those issues would be king.

But I fear that both parties are mired in there own selfishness that they will not make the changes that voters would like to see.

Before the Indiana primary, I would have said the Republican but since then, the Democratic. Considering the field last December, it is even more interesting that the Republicans winnowed their primary down before Clinton, with the entire Establishment behind her, could knock down Sanders...if she does knock Sanders out?
