The qualifications for those MOS&#39;s will specifically state &quot;Must be U.S. Citizen&quot;. All military intelligence MOS&#39;s fall into that category. They all ignored the fact that military and intelligence are contradictory words. At least that was my experience during the first Gulf War with a number of officers trying to re-write a regulation that had been working for decades by then. By the way that was MAC Reg 76-1.
