Which one would be the toughest as a military promotion board member?

Just for fun, imagine answering questions to each of them to become promotable for your next rank. We know them well enough or have seen how they react and reply to people's responses during interviews, competitions, court house hearings, talk shows, sports commentating, and political discussions. The wrong answer from you would rile up their response. Who would be the toughest and why?

The following promotion board members are:

Simon Cowell
Dr. Phil
Judge Judy Sheindlin (Board President)
Stephen A. Smith
Bill O'Reilly.

Just for fun, I wonder if the hypothetical board proposed here would do as good, better, or worse of a job as the current officer promotion board techniques used by the Army. I've seen anecdotal evidence that random groups of civilians pick the same or similar folks for promotion as Army promotion boards. But I can't imagine Bill O'Reilly functioning in the 2 minutes or so allotted for each file, regardless of how pithy he thinks he is.

I would hope for O'Reilly on my board.. All I'd have to do is word every answer so that each one subtly blames the President for some misdeed, real or imagined, and I'd be an Audie Murphy member in no time! ;)

Dr Phil would try to get in your head, but I'd just ask how much of his take home pay does he have to kick upstairs to Oprah.....Judge Judy would probably have the best chance of tripping me up.
