I would say you follow the orders that are approved and uploaded into Iperms. The ERB is simply a records brief - so is will only reflect what has been uploaded and approved. It might be that the orders he has (paper) have not yet posted. His retention or career counselor should be able to provide more clarification SSG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 26 Jul 2022 11:59:30 -0400 2022-07-26T11:59:30-04:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 26 at 2022 12:07 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/which-one-you-follow-your-ets-orders-or-the-date-on-your-erb?n=7792441&urlhash=7792441 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The separation orders are correct. ETS dates don&#39;t get updated or changed when a Soldier is separated prematurely in most cases SFC Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 26 Jul 2022 12:07:29 -0400 2022-07-26T12:07:29-04:00 Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 26 at 2022 1:12 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/which-one-you-follow-your-ets-orders-or-the-date-on-your-erb?n=7792511&urlhash=7792511 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You always go with orders. Some things on the SRB don&#39;t get updated. I know any time I&#39;ve been S2 or a security manager and people ask me about their clearance info on their SRB - that doesn&#39;t matter. All that matters is what&#39;s in DISS. That&#39;s just an example. <br /><br />If you have orders for something (PCS, ETC, TDY) that&#39;s what&#39;s official and the dates on that are what matter.
