My vote (/guess) is the second one - the one that looks like an Army O-6 rank insignia.

Isn't it interesting how difficult ranks can be between services? Especially Navy and Army. I remember when I was a young troop and we were at a Navy base for amphibious operations training (1976, I think). One of my Army buddies "chewed out" a Sailor for not saluting him. The Soldier was a SP4 (E-4)! The Army guys had some fun with the Sailor, then told him the real deal, and everybody had a good laugh. The others are Petty Officer ranks (equiv to NCO in non sea services) Interesting how it looks similar to Petty Officer 3rd Class (no 3) especially on combat uniforms.( Sometimes its hard to see whether to salute in those uniforms until youre right up close!)
