Which right do you feel is most important and why?

We have many rights as U.S. citizens, all of which are important, but I want to know which one you feel is most important and why.

I feel the right to keep and bear arms is the most important because without it there is no way to preserve the others rights.

Freedom of speech without a doubt the 1st amendment is the most important. Our founding fathers had a plan and executed it perfectly.....the 2nd amendment is really important I have the right to have and bare arms to protect myself from threats foreign and domestic!!!

The right to be protected by the Constitution of the United States.

My right to life and liberty are the most important. As far as protected rights, the 2nd Amendment is the teeth of the Bill of Rights. That's what keeps the government living in fear of its citizens and not the other way around. It's a constant reminder that the blood of freedom fighters still courses through our veins and that we retain the option to rise up against tyranny should it rears its ugly head from within our own government.

With that said, the next most important Amendment is the 9th. That lets the government know that just because a right isn't specifically identified as protected by the Bill of Rights, we still retain that right as free men/women. I just really love the U.S. Constitution as a whole though. The fact that it's written to restrict the government and not the people is just beautiful!

When you look at the Constitution and the bill of rights it is shocking that so many can get the words wrong. I agree with SSG Justin Willits, the second amendment "the right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed."

The fact that every year this right is under attack from all sides. the phrase with out the second there is no first.

It does become the final say. It is our duty and responsibility to defend the spirit of our nation when the few believe they will change it as Hitler sought to change the world with Japan: For a time they did, but the spirit was poured out and they crumbled! So many lies and corruption live, men do not fear man nor God. They say within their heart: "Who shall hold me accountable, for we are the Gods and for years we have done what we will against these fools!"
A government official stood at the podium after spending 2/3 rds of speech time explaining what "IT" did not want to talk about...being the third person to ask a question, I addressed "IT" with a very important campaign question.
Upon ITS arms rested and ITS body twisted, boldly IT proclaimed, "Boy let me tell you something, "you go pussyfooting around with government and government is going to cut your head off!"" This before the college body during ITS campaign for office!
Some three years later I found myself at the door of one of "ITS" offices talking to two people who were there at this day "IT proclaimed to me ITS pomp.
I was compelled to ask these two to please let this official know: If they go pussyfooting around with God, God is going to cut ITS head off."
Of course he will do to me too!!!
We need to vote em in and when they show stupid (you cant fix) we need to vote them out (Impeach).
