For my staff time I would go with "When you look annoyed all the time people think you're busy!" and for the final 2 1/2 years when I served as an Armor BOLC Sr. Instructor "Serenity Now!!"

I've always liked the 'look annoyed all the time', it dovetails nicely with 'carrying a clipboard'. Put the two together and you will NEVER be questioned! and you will be avoided by all! LOL!
