As others have said if you can handle the ball the rest will (may) come. <br />You don't need to score to enjoy or be a vital member to a pick-up team. If you can passably handle the ball, play defense, rebound a little, and know what to do you will be okay. The other choices are one-dimensional and limits the player (although any player needs to be somewhat competent in all of these skills). I played one year of college ball and coached kids for 10 years. I prefer well-rounded kids to those with only one skill.
