SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6307291 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hey I am looking to further my career and get more experience doing my job. I am in the 82nd. I know most of you will tell me do what I thinks best. I am new to the army and I have been in for about 1 year and 6 months. I don’t do my job , all I do is details. I truly want to learn my job or go into IT/SIGNAL. Which of the three will be best for me in doing my job constantly and not being tasked out on details and doing things that doesn’t even relate to my job. I’m not complaining, I just want to do my job and learn something other than how to cut grass. Trying to join any of the three won’t be easy I know that, but I want to strive for the best and to get a lot of job experience from. Not to mention, I know if I go CA I would get to keep my current mos but out of sfab and jcu, which will teach me a lot more about signal or my Mos. I wanted sfab because I will be going to other countries teaching their military how to do things, this will help me because this means I have to know how to do my job in order to teach someone else. Which will give me the most job experience JCU, SFAB, or CA ? 2020-09-13T18:44:33-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 6307291 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hey I am looking to further my career and get more experience doing my job. JCU would be the best choice for that. You can’t apply to SFAB as a SPC and they don’t have 17C, so that’s not the answer. <br /><br />Develop your skill set in your next job as an NCO. Apply to USASOC or JSOC since you’re already airborne. If you can’t get a spot there, move on to a position with your career map. Remember, your first job is Soldier; your second job is 17C Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 15 at 2020 2:36 AM 2020-09-15T02:36:45-04:00 2020-09-15T02:36:45-04:00 2020-09-13T18:44:33-04:00
