While serving in the Guard, how can I deploy or get stationed outside the US? Do I have to go active duty, or are there other options?

I have been with national Guard over a year include my training. I have so many problems in my life, I really trying to find a good job, I really wanna do active duty, and would like to station outside the USA. my MOS 15H.

I'd say check with your chain of command to see what options/opportunities are out there and if your State has a online jobs listing for ADOS/AGR orders check there. For anything outside the United States I believe most postings are on mobcop.army.mil.

You change your volunteer status within the HRC website under your profile. But if you want to go Active Duty, then just find a recruiter, submit a 368, and wait til its approved.

Check with your states counterdrug mission, they may have active duty orders. ADSW, ADOS, Title 32 or Title 10.
