Who are your military heroes?

Through your military Career who is someone not family from the past or present that was your military hero or someone you thought of as a mentor or idol.

Mine are Lieutenant General Chesty Puller USMC and Brigadier General Robin Olds USAF. Both where not afraid to make waves and step on toes. Just kick ass and take names and get the job done. Both where also highly decorated in their careers.

I look up to the founders, the ones who chose to do what none had done before. Some of the military's most significant battles have included the Airborne, and these are the fathers.
