<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My immediate questions would be who and why? The only reason I would not forward the action to HRC is if you are not married to the person your trying to get enrolled with.LTC Jason MackayMon, 13 Jul 2020 21:03:42 -04002020-07-13T21:03:42-04:00Response by Sgt Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 13 at 2020 9:57 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You just submit your 4187 and that's it. <br /><br />Your chain of command is always required to sign and forward your personnel requests. They don't have to recommend approval or approve them, but they have to sign them. Your Chain of Command is not the approval authority, HRC is.SFC Private RallyPoint MemberTue, 14 Jul 2020 00:14:25 -04002020-07-14T00:14:25-04:00Response by MAJ Ronnie Reams made Jul 14 at 2020 12:43 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Unless things have changed the CoC can neither approve nor deny, the chain endorses an action request with either a positive or negative recommendation. When it gets to the decider, he/she weighs the endorsements and makes the decision.MAJ Ronnie ReamsTue, 14 Jul 2020 12:43:00 -04002020-07-14T12:43:00-04:002020-07-13T19:24:59-04:00
