Who Can Edit Army Career Tracker (ACT) Information?

BLUF: My ACT account says that I am a 2LT who hasn't gone to BOLC yet.

I tried contacting ACT Support, and they say that they only pull information from other information systems, and don't control the info on the ACT website. I have contacted every Army personnel system contact I can find, and everyone I contact says that they have nothing to do with ACT, and doesn't know how to change any information on there. Someone suggested TOPMIS because they control Officer information, but they too pass the buck.

All my critical information still has my correct rank, but with the new NCO Quality Management Boards, they say you can only see your OML ranking on ACT. So I won't be able to see that if it thinks I am a 2LT.

Anyone know someone who might be able to help?

Try and get a new CAC, and see if it will say O1.
