Who can I contact to request an early report date?

So i i just finalized my reenlistment today with my ceremony and i chose to pcs back to Fort Bliss, TX due to the fact me and my wife loved it when we were there prior, our report date is june next year, and i asked the career counselor if early report was available but he couldnt really give me a clear answer on the subjuct. So now im here..

I've never actually heard of someone getting an early report date. You can take PCS leave and just head there. However, if an actual change to the date of reporting is what you're looking for, the only person that I can imagine can make a change like that is your branch manager. You can give it a try. The worst thing that can happen is they say it isn't possible.

Maybe try get in contact with a 1st Sergeant or readiness NCO with a unit that has your MOS

SGT Gunderson has it right. But two things have to happen. First your current command has to release you. If you have a report date and leave time it's normally not an issue. Just report while you are still on leave. If you want to move the report date forward, that will have to go through your PMO, your PCS orders amended and all dates, including NCOER dates, adjusted.

BLUF take 30 days leave and sign in early.
