What ways can I propose changes to how the VA operates, but to make it count? I do have some ideas about how things can be changed, but it is not all towards the veteran population, but also towards the staff. My main focus is mostly the mental health aspect of the system.
Please, do not think I hate the VA or anything of the sort. Yes, I have been "screwed over" by them, but I will always recommend the VA to others. They do great work, but there are some fundamental aspects that needs attention/change.
