At the very least, when orders are generated, digital signing blocks should be automatically inputted along with form fields for the date range served and number of days leave taken. Even better would be a website (similar to DTS) where orders can be certified. This would allow the whole process to be streamlined instead of emailing PDFs back and forth. Don&#39;t know any more about it, but perhaps some of our dogfaced brothers can elaborate or blow me away.
