SFC (Join to see) I completed an NCOER this week and all I wanted to do was find out who the idiots that designed the system were so I could ****slap them or something. In the NCOER screen, bullets will show like they fit and when printed it was the total opposite; had to shorten 3 of them for no reason. Of course, that was not the only glitch in the system, every time I opened the NCOER, the supplemental reviewer will be required or not required depending on what the system felt like clicking on that day.

I just started one and think the same fools that wrote the programming for the "Afdorable" Care Act also wrote the programming for the EES. IT'S MADDENING!!! I lost so much work because if you literally do not save your progress every single 120 intervals, you will lose anything written. What should have taken me about an hour or so took me about 4. The system was clearly never fielded or vetted prior to implementation.

Our G1 just sent out an email from S1net that addresses this issue. It's supposed to be corrected before the 15th of this month if I remember the date correctly.
