Who generates Additional Skill Identifier (ASI) orders for SHARP, 1B?

I have been reading regulations and googling, I have become the company VA on sharp, I have the nova credentials, appointed duty memo, certificates. I also already sent up my 4187 to HQDA to receive the ASI. however, I just need to know who generates orders for the ASI 1B?

Your BN S1 is able to put it in your ERB

Your S1 or UA no order are needed until the final is approved and it will generate. I'm in the process of waiting approval to update it for an officer in my Battalion that is awaiting her final certification.
