I mix it up often but a typical workout would look something like this:
Lat pull downs 3 x 10
Bent over BB row 4 x 6-8
Hammer Strength high row 3 x 8
Deadlift 4 x 6-8

All of these lifts are heavy as possible to reach failure on the last rep.Response by LCDR Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 31 at 2015 9:57 PM2015-03-31T21:57:31-04:002015-03-31T21:57:31-04:00PV2 Private RallyPoint Member564605

I'm a huge fan of

5x5 (Heavy) Hang Cleans
5x5 Push Press
3x12 Lat PulldownsResponse by PV2 Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 31 at 2015 10:51 PM2015-03-31T22:51:15-04:002015-03-31T22:51:15-04:00CSM Private RallyPoint Member564847

Add wide arm pull ups. While pulling up focus more on the lats than the biceps.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 1 at 2015 5:22 AM2015-04-01T05:22:43-04:002015-04-01T05:22:43-04:00CMSgt Private RallyPoint Member565684

Stretch... get on couch with Netflix... Killer back and arm workout, and if you bring along a fishing pole, you can usually manage to drag up a fish or two.Response by SSgt Joe V. made Apr 1 at 2015 2:35 PM2015-04-01T14:35:07-04:002015-04-01T14:35:07-04:00CPT Zachary Brooks565770

I'm a fan of doing exercises that provide multiple failure.

Initially doing an isolation exercise followed by a compound followed by negatives. An example for the back would be:

Pullover Machine
Bent over Rows
Negative Chin ups

This allows you to break down the stronger back muscles first with the isolation, then move on to a compound and allow your biceps, shoulders, forearms, and hands to assist in further break down, and then the negatives to push you into massive failure. This is a great mass building system that I have benefited from many times over the years.Response by CPT Zachary Brooks made Apr 1 at 2015 2:54 PM2015-04-01T14:54:25-04:002015-04-01T14:54:25-04:00PFC Private RallyPoint Member568947

5x5 pullups then go on google and search stew smith pyramid workout and just do the pullups portion.Response by PFC Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 3 at 2015 12:23 AM2015-04-03T00:23:35-04:002015-04-03T00:23:35-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member1030810

I do back twice weekly.
