I have used team viewer to control a plastics recycling factory it is very simple to use and I really liked it

We used to use it deploying new switches / devices into the field. Great application easy as anything to use. It's so much easier to use rather than RDP to another computer then realizing that you have to send yourself the document you need....

I love TeamViewer. It allows me to fix my family computers while TDY (or if I'm lazy, from another room). Once all your computers are set up to log in automatically, all you have to do is double-click on their computer and the program will log you in and you will see their desktop as if you were sitting at that computer. Pretty awesome. Very easy to use. Free for home use.

I have used it quite a bit to remote connect to my home systems as well as fix my moms computer when needed. Which is way to often if you ask me. Its idiot proof to use on both ends if you need to support other end users and even easier to connect to your home/work computers on the go.

I love it. I use it to fix my moms computer whenever she breaks it. I'm wishing it was allowed on GOVT computers, but i realize how much of a security risk that is so we'll have to keep using Remote Desktop

I use it as an FTP client (I'm guessing that's the protocol) to transfer files from my phone to my home server. It's a great app, especially that it can cross OS barriers

Love its simplicity, and it works great behind firewalls too. Unlike rdp where you have to figure out ports,etc.

Its great for home and small biz use. For enterprise environments the traditional rdp with certs is a lot more secure
