You can be sure that US tax payer $$ has filtered there thru some back channels and as Col Brooms article states the cartels are heavily involved….again making $$ in the process.
It all started with a clearly stated open border position this admin has had since day 1.

They Are Being Fed And Given Medical Care By U.S. Non Profit Organizations, Such As Catholic Charities, Salvation Army And The Red Cross.
Where Are They Getting The Money From ?
The DNC-U.S. Government And Donations From People Who Are Donating To Those Charities Thinking That Their Money Is Going To Help Local People.
If Those Immigrants Really Wanted To To Be Become AMERICAN Citizens And Contribute To This Great Country , They Would Not Be Carrying The Flags Of The Country They Left From .

Lots of aid from NGOs, Both in the US and tied to the UN. I have also seen more than a few reports of people flying into the larger border towns and being bussed to the borders by the cartels.
