What impact have they had on our country? What did they do well? What didn't they do so well? What can current and future leaders learn from his/her successes and failures?

CPT (Join to see) , LTGEN Harold Moore, USA (Ret). He led 1st BN 7th CAV in the first major battle of Viet Nam, adopted new tactics (Air Cav), led from the front, was tactically sound, technically savy, allowed his enlisted leaders to lead (expected them to), and was a consumate realist. He taught leadership for years after retirement at West Point and has influenced many leaders past, present, and future.
