There are time when this country has gone through bad times and has really felt bad about itself in general. Occasionally, we need a leader that can bring back some pride.<br /><br />While I don&#39;t agree with all of the policies and decisions of any politician or president, I think the leadership style, resolve, persistence, and personal conviction of the two I mentioned appeal to me. For those of you who have never done a duck and cover drill in school thank Ronald Regan. Growing up during the cold war one always had the shadow of a nuclear war over them. It was the intent of the USSR, China, and their puppets to spread Communism to the whole world.<br /><br />The USSR would have taken all of Europe after WWII if it were not for the USA. The Korean war and vietnam were Proxy wars started by russia and china to spread communism through out Asia with only us to stop it. Had we not stood up to them they would have kept going.
