Who knows a military friendly College for Graduate students?

I'm applying for my Masters and would like to know my options (online is okay as well)--in criminal justice, homeland security or international relations. My home state is NY for in-state tuition, however I'm almost done with my Post 9/11 GIB. Any guidance and tips are appreciated.

For on-line my recommendations are:
University of Maryland University College(UMUC) & Central Michigan University (CMU) as they do very well in transferring credits from some military education programs. Of course program dependent. I graduated from both of these schools and felt the faculty were accommodating towards military and veterans.
Capella and Ashford are Yellow Ribbon. Some of my military buddies earned a master through American Military University (AMU).

Granite State College is a great option.
$1635 per class (non resident) for tuition and fees. Plus they just started a 15% active duty discount for masters that would bring your cost down to just under $1400 per class.
Yes, I work for the school (School Certifying official), so yes I'm slightly biased, but we are a regionally accredited state school.

As for more funding. Check with VA and State of Residence, sometimes they have programs to pay for continuing education once your GI Bill exhausts itself. It might not be much but something is better than nothing. I know the VA had a program a few years ago for those that let their GI Bill expire without using it in which the VA would pay for two years of college. That program ended though. Some states issue grants for Active Military and/or National Guard to use.

Wright State University. From whatv I hear, they have free MBA or graduate program for select military members or veterans.
