I work in Construction so we always have Taco Trucks on the job sites for Breakfast and Lunch. I love the Street style Taco's and Authentic Mexican food I get from these trucks. When I'm out and about I really like to try the fusion food trucks. The ones that mix items from different cultures together to make something delicious.
