Who Makes the Decisions?

Alright so my question is how would I be able to find out were I am assigned with in a MEDDAC unit I have been here for six months and even went on TDY. One clinic NCOIC approved and set up my TDY and the other just approved my leave. I have asked both were I belong and both said I belonged to their clinic. Both continue to give me tasks to complete. I am very confused and don't want to step out of line but its difficult to know were I stand I would like to go to BLC soon but with the two different NCOIC's I don't know what plan is meant for me to follow. FYI both of my first line NCO's have refused to counsel me because they cant get a strait answer either. Where do I turn to get an answer?

Ultimately it is the hospital CSM; ask to use the 1SG open door policy if one of the two NCOICs can’t get a final answer. Ensure both know that each says you are part of their clinic.

That is just messed up.
Go to your 1sg and ask them which section you are assigned to

Find out who your rater is. The 1sg should be able to tell you who that is. You should have received an initial counseling from the person to let you know what they expect of you and what your duties are. Sounds like they're treating you like a Probate in a motorcycle club.
