These 14 traits were established after my time. After looking at the list, I will say integrity is the most important.

Judgement, Justice, Dependability, Initiative, Decisiveness, Tact, Bearing, Understanding, Competence, Knowledge, Loyalty, Enthusiasm.

There are 17 Leadership Attributes in ADP & ADRP 6-22 (Army Leadership). I have 2 favorites: Builds Trust (i.e. don't be a blue falcon) and Stewards the Profession (i.e. leave things better than how you found it).

SSgt Obom Bowen Couldn't remember all of them from memory, must be age, but the most important ones that I do remember are: Judgment, Initiative, Integrity, Bearing, Courage, and Loyalty. I think "Trusting" or "Trusted" should be one of them - just my personal opinion. Great discussion topic Obom!
