My Commander will sign what he needs, but he’s asking which section he signs before it goes up to BN S1? Does he do the approval/disapproval section, or the authorizing official? I am not sure and I’d like to let him know. Section II 6 e. is for the Army Reserve approval authority, which is normally the first General in your Chain of Command.
