Who would you recommend (a woman vet or AD person) as keynote speaker at next year's Women Veterans Conference in Massachusetts?

What kind of person are you looking for to be the speaker? Do you want an older and more accomplished person (i.e. a "big name"), or are you looking for a younger person who is not quite as accomplished, but is a real up-and-comer (i.e. an "inspiration")? Or, are you looking for some other characteristics? Getting a little insight might help us find you a great fit.

Brig. Gen. Wilma L. Vaught, USAF (Ret.) - President Emeritus of the Women In Military Service For America Memorial or MG Dee Ann McWilliams, USA (Ret.) Foundation President of same museum.
Jas Boothe was a MAJ in the Army. She founded Final Salute Inc in 2010 (http://www.finalsaluteinc.org/9.html) and I believe helped in starting the Ms Veteran America (http://www.msveteranamerica.org/). She does a lot to help homeless female vets.

I spoke to Lila Holley today and she is amazing. We will see what happens but thank you for the advice. I would love to have her.
