( specifically the women in army having affairs with other soldiers and getting caught time an time again even those having babys by other soldiers) ? It's the Commanders. Yes, the SEA has input with recommendations, but ultimately it is the Commander's call. Commanders do - and probably because they're doing it or have done it in the past.

Hold on what's this about: "specifically the women in army having affairs with other soldiers and getting caught time an time again even those having babys by other soldiers." What in the actual...

Your name has a "V." So what are you talking about "adultery in today's Army" like you know what's going on? It sounds like you had a specific issue with a specific person while you were in.

Adultery is nothing new in the Army and it existed before women were integrated. Be realistic. Dudes were over in Europe during WWII on R&R cheating on their wives. My mom's cousin is adopted. My great aunt and uncle adopted her while they were in Germany working for the DoD as teachers. She was the product of an affair between her mom (German national I believe) and a US soldier who probably never even knew she existed.

I'd like to know your source on how this is a large issue of "women in the Army having affairs" with other soldiers and "getting caught time and time again even those having *babies by other soldiers." Pretty sure a baby the result of an affair is damning evidence with adultery under UCMJ.

Most of the people I knew having affairs - and mostly during deployments - were the male soldiers.
