You want everyone &quot;out of pocket.&quot; You want to see how long it takes to get everyone notified, into the office, and ready to roll. A lot will depend on level Command called out, how much is the other services going to support it- and where are they going to send you? 75+% of our EDRE&#39;s were out of area/state training sites. Recalls are at the Cdr&#39;s call, that is not an Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise. For recall any inconvenient time is good to ensure you are where you need to be.
