CWO4 Terrence Clark - Yes sir. I'm en route to the front. The next step for me is transferring to a UC in fall 2023 in pursuit of a degree in Law.

You have a valid point. I also think there is a lot of "voting against" by both sides. So, if you have a Dem running against an incumbent Rep, the Republicans will vote for the incumbent rather than vote for the Dem, and vice-versa.
Some people claim they vote for the person and not the party, but statistics show different.

I think it's the people who have forgotten. The people are allowing politicians to run this country like it's their own game of Risk.
