Why are there so few RP lower ranking Admins?

I have noticed that the vast majority of the admins here are E-6 and above with more officers than others. Why is this

Not sure why the rank matters but it had to do with influence points. Get over 25K and you will be invited for an opportunity to be admin. I just got it.

All are member admins are folks who request to be admins. We do remove inactive admins, but our decisions are not based on ranks at all!

I think we got enough on our plate then worry about being admin and honestly I don't think enough care too just saying e-4 and below

The lower ranking troops could care less ! So give them hell , not those above E=6.

Just a guess, but it seems to me that the law of averages would be partly at play here. I think in sheer member demographic we have higher percentages of NCOs and Officers than we do junior enlisted, so it would stand to reason that those percentages would carry across.
This in not scientific, just my impression.

SPC Charles Brown, I believe that the community manager selects Admins based on their activities and activity level, and it so happens that most Junior Enlisted are not as active on this site as the Senior NCOs and Officers are. I love and appreciate being an Admin, but I didn't request to be one. 1LT Laurie Deitemeyer sent me an email in March 2014 that told me I was granted Admin privileges, and this was before the general membership knew Admins existed. They obviously didn't consider rank in selecting me, as I had less than 3 years time in service at the time that they made me a 2-Star Admin.

I don't think there a problem with lower ranks staff. I think it up to rallypoint.
