Why are today's soldiers unwilling to wear the Army Class B Uniform?

Why are soldiers in these days so apathic,in using the new Class B ?
It seems that there is like a kind of alergy of some sort,or something strange with leaders and commanders, to enforce it's use.

For me,if nobody liked the design,why the Army choose to have it?
I believe is about time,to make the proper adjustments to this uniform,
or change it to a brand new accepted one,for the benefit of the service.

The Dress Blues are great. The Class B looks like a mall security guard. The army apparently doesn't care about the class B because everybody wears the ACU anyway. However, the Army is the only service that where is it wears the combat uniform in public (except the other service might wear there for field static displays) I think the army should develop a professional looking class B hopefully something like the old khakis!

Speaking from the perspective of a retired Tanker, except for when I was a Recruiter and wore it daily, it was not a practical uniform for daily wear.

From personal experience and witnessing others, I think the sleeves on the short sleeve shirt are cut wrong.

IMO it’s time for all the Services to direct service members with “clean” jobs to wear the Service uniform. Dirty jobs should still be done in work, specialized, or combat uniforms. We knew how to tell the difference in the 1990s and early 2000s. I’m sure this generation of leaders can figure it out.
