Since the move, staff sergeant promotables from the 2018 SFC list have been hindered from getting pinned do to this new MOS 15L being 120% over strength which is frustrating. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I was told that it was to open up option for where those MOSs can go. I know for 15Y it is very difficult to make 7 but with this change it opens slots for us. More spots but now pulling from a bigger pool.
