Since the move, staff sergeant promotables from the 2018 SFC list have been hindered from getting pinned do to this new MOS 15L being 120% over strength which is frustrating. Every month has been 0 pickups for 15L. Just looking for clarification on this please. I know for 15Y it is very difficult to make 7 but with this change it opens slots for us. More spots but now pulling from a bigger pool.
