Compression clothing helps the body breathe, comfort, and performance many times. The... spectacle is something I would prefer to unsee.<br />Having said that, I applaud their dedication to getting to the gym and seeking to get healthier. The guy that is out of shape has a harder time getting the motivation than those of us that have been doing PT religiously every morning for twenty odd years.
