I mean they should know my ETS date the same day I signed my contract. Why is it taking so long? Why does it take so long for a National Guard soldier to get his NGB22? 2018-04-15T14:50:24-04:00 CPL Private RallyPoint Member 3545918 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I asked my readiness NCO to expedite it for me. Your NGB-22 is important and something that you should not be waiting on for long. Have you spoken with the new readiness NCO about it? If not, I would start there. Tell what your situation is and give him/her a chance to resolve it. If no resolution is found there, contact BN HQ and talk to the S-2 there. Keep going higher until you get th problem solved.
