It is his job and his responsibility to teach and train you to be a Section Sergeant or Team Leader yourself. Talk to your supervisor so they can help you to better understand your LES. If they don’t understand it, then I recommend you discuss it with finance. It’ll be hard for anyone on here to give you the correct answer without looking at your LES and knowing more about your situation (married, barracks, etc). Good luck to you.. For instance, I am at Riley and my actual BAH is higher than what the tables say because a year after I moved here, they lowered the BAH for this area.
