Not saying the soldier wasn't overweight, but the process they used is more designed to just be rid of the soldier instead of trying to help them. No counseling statement, no nutritionist, no remedial pt. Just put a flag on them and start the process of chapter. Have we really went from a regulation strong unit to a " whatever the commander feels like" military? No more following the regs to enforce rules. And these new rules tend to be only for certain people, not the entire unit. Can go from personal ideas of how hair should be worn to keeping people a long time after work because the commander doesn't want to do anything right now.
