Probably just being processed, Army's slow to give money and quick to take it.

Well, first, she needs to be registered in DEERS. Next, you need to get the paperwork, I can't remember what it is through the finance office, to start BAH. It doesn't just start up.

DEEERS. Then go to finance. There's a form to fill out. Appears to be DA 5960 to start, stop or change BAH. Then finance processes it.

Have you talked to your finance office?

If they have her info- yet you have not entered her into the system (DEERS) which is done when she gets her ID card- then she is NOT! In order to be recognized as your wife and a dependent- she has to be in DEERS and have an ID card. Once that is done, then allowances will be forthcoming.
