I think he&#39;s true to his conservative beliefs, but knows the importance of working across the isle to get things done. But so were others who have already been eliminated. So, why is he still in it? That's a helluva good question. Maybe he is hoping for a brokered convention. Maybe his campaign managers are following in the footsteps of Abraham Lincoln's campaign managers. They didn't expect Lincoln to be anyone's first pick, but rather everyone's second pick. It worked for Lincoln. That leaves the question: Will there be a brokered convention? Only if Trump does not have sufficient delegates to win on the first ballot. If the first ballot fails, everyone is released from their commitments and can vote for whomever they please. Could it be Kasich? Could be...
