Anyone know why it still says I’m a spc even though I’ve changed it to my current Sgt rank multiple times?

SGT (Join to see) Your name and rank are showing up as SGT Kevin Mangus on RallyPoint. Are you still seeing Spc? If so, you have two Spc listings with one of them showing a promotion date of Mar 2018 and also a Sgt listing with a promotion date of Mar 2018. You might want to remove the Spc listing that has a promotion date of Mar 2018.
