Velez, how far into your first enlistment did you get too? If you have the rank of Private and have that reenlistment code, there was obviously some issues. Your Recruiter is just trying to get the whole package together to see if the Military would even want you back in it’s ranks. Nobody here has any part of the entire story. What about the fact that the recruiter must waste man hours on putting together a waiver for you? Have some discipline and appreciation for the work he/she is doing for you, because let me tell you something high speed, a waiver is a distraction and time consuming process that takes the recruiter away from finding quality qualified applicants for the Army.
