He was receiving teleconference treatment from the mental health dept. in Mountain Home, AR but that treatment was terminated, not because personnel at the MH CBOC but, by bureaucrats in Little Rock, AR at the CAVHS. Ronnie, diagnosed at 70% for PTSD is a risk for suicide but, in this case, it appears that a rule or regulation trumps the health and welfare of a veteran who has given his whole life to protect our country.
