PFC Private RallyPoint Member 1692095 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am Active duty soldier currently stationed in Hawaii, and my SO is a reserve soldier embedded with a unit in Louisiana. If anywhere else a unit transfer would've been easy, but we're told that there are no vacancies for her MOS(88h) on the islands, Does this mean she will not be able to join me here? or if she does she will be flying back and forth every month for drills? Will a AR soldier be able to move anywhere with her spouse if he is AD? 2016-07-05T23:14:38-04:00 PFC Private RallyPoint Member 1692095 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am Active duty soldier currently stationed in Hawaii, and my SO is a reserve soldier embedded with a unit in Louisiana. That would be the best way to get your SO over to the island chain. Find a unit, get contacted and she can find a slot. The unit will retrain to new MOS.
