But I'll give you a hint in where it's going - Just look at the direction our leadership is going.

The current senior leadership needs to persevere through the political nightmare where Congress cries for equality by lowering standards, let NCOs be the bulldogs they were in teaching the juniors courtesy and respect, and teach them that in order to be awarded and achievement, you have to earn it. We have plenty of great leaders in today's military that fall within this generation. From a leadership standpoint, I think there would be greater harm if we don't learn and adapt new and more effective leadership styles. Having a strong military costs money, and to spend money you have to have revenue. I do not ask a question so it can be avoided or discredited. If this is how the military approaches a subject then I should stop asking questions to improve how I approach the issues I see then I should get out now. Thanks for your time. While I believe there are still plenty of young people out there who want to serve as a point of pride and accomplishment. There will be the ones and twos who sign up to see "well what can you do for me".

As they say, even one chink in a chain can weaken the strongest armor.
