I would be more embarrassed if HC was to become the next CINC.

LTC Jason Bartlett - He would say that he was a victim of a terrorist attack and that his death was then politicized into a GOP-led, taxpayer-funded faux-scandal.

LTC Jason Bartlett - He certainly wouldn't say that Secretary Clinton deliberately chose not to rescue him when rescue was possible (it never was).

I would be. If he became President of the United States, it would signal to the world that the majority of its citizens are so terrified of the future, so resistant to the globalist post-national, digitized, socially-liberal 21st Century, that in their desperation turned to an obviously unqualified demagogue appealing to our basest xenophobic instincts.

SSgt John S. - Your position is not unique to Trump supporters, that angry nativism that wants us to go all Mad Max on the world. THAT'S why the Trump movement is an embarrassment.

Actually Trump supporters are not just mad - they are WANTING true change. Unlike most who are bemoaning the fates but are not wanting to get their hands dirty, Trump supporters are lining up to do the dirty jobs necessary to get us back to where we need to be. They are willing to buck the system of PC and take back the right to say no to a man peeing in a a female bathroom, or an LGBT wedding looking elsewhere for a cake save for the one shop that said no, or for the total destruction of the racial movement.

Trump supporters are willing to build the wall, say no to more criminals and terrorist potentials, and cull the government back to where it belongs. And yes, they are growing. More and more of us are waking up and realizing there will be no politician nor entity to do it for us.

Actually, it would signify to the world that the majority of citizens are sick of the perpetual career politicians that are ruining the U.S to support their own agenda.

I am tired of career politicians. They get elected and never have to accountable again nor have they ever really had a job. Name a job where I can tell my employer I'm going to take six months to a year off to seek another position and if I don't get the other job and coming back to my job. That's what it's like when these guys run for president. I say let's get drunk but show them that this man cannot be bought and that he's not a career politician let shake up the status quo.

Lt. robert hamer POLITICS! California has been and always be a mess. I do challenge your statement on Arnold. You quoted a website that is opinion not fact. I challenge you to relook this. Arnold couldn't pass legislation through proper channels and went to the ballet box. People voted no to the changes. If the ship goes down because of the crew we always blame the captain.

Re-election rates are high because people are lazy and usually vote all democrat or all republican without looking at the candidates. Hell look at this guy in the white house right now he did horrible his first four years and some how got another four.

That is laughable. Were you alive then or have you done your own research? Just spouting off what you hear someone say doesn't make it true or make you sound smart. When he entered office the top percent tax bracket was at 70%, when he left it was at 28%. Due to the lack of funds coming in he then had to raise taxes 11 times, mostly hitting the lower and middle class. By lowering taxes on the rich he ended up tripling the national debt before he left office. He spent billions of dollars funding Islamist mujahidin Freedom Fighters in Afghanistan and Osama Bin Laden and you know how that turned out. Also, have you heard how Social Security is broken and there isn't enough money in it to pay people in the future? Guess what the reason for that is? Ronald Reagan after breaking our budget needed to find money somewhere, so he took it from Social Security. That was OUR money we paid in taxes for OUR future. Those are just a few of the things that our greatest president ever accomplished. I can provide sources if you would like to do further reading.
