I can't get past the opening statement "While the U.S. and China have made strides on climate change..." Seriously? Yes, the US has improved air quality. Anyone living in the Los Angeles area can see that. They can see, unlike the 1960s when they couldn't because of the smog. However, there is no evidence that any of that has altered climate, none whatsoever. Now what stride has China made? What evidence is there that it has altered the climate? <br /><br />Beyond the first statement comes a much more interesting though unrelated issue. Please tell me what US-China economic and security issues have to do with climate change...
